Elizabeth O'Connor is a full time, professional, internationally selling artist.
Having initially trained in ceramics, Elizabeth then went on to study fine
art,
sculpture and photography at Nottingham Trent University.
Her expressive style of painting is influenced by this background in ceramics, and is inspired by the forces of nature and the natural world, seeking to combine peaceful relaxation with a joyful exuberance. Her bold visual style creates a stunning impact on any interior from offices and public buildings to domestic settings.
Elizabeth has been selling artwork for many years now throughout the UK and
America, having featured in numerous galleries and exhibitions, as well as
offices, hotels and public buildings. In 2008, her work was featured in a Paramount
movie, directed by Gurinder Chadha (Bend it like Beckham), titled, 'Angus,
Thongs and Perfect Snogging', set decoration by Liz Griffiths (Shaun of the
Dead, Dr Who); in the house of the main characters by the stairway.

Elizabeth has been pleased recently to supply the artwork for a £4.4 million
mansion in Derbyshire, to provide luxurious accommodation and possible
location hire for film and television.
Elizabeth is married with two children and a cat that wandered in one day and
forgot to leave. When not painting and looking after her family, enjoys gardening,
cooking and American crime fiction, all washed down with a good cold beer.
